By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and secure transaction for both parties.

1. Custom-Made Products (Final Sale)
All custom frocks and made-to-order garments are tailored exclusively to your specific measurements and design choices. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom-made items under any circumstances.

2. Accuracy of Measurements & Descriptions
  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate body measurements. Outfit By Lusha Dubai is not liable for sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor/screen settings or lighting during photography. This does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

3. Advance Payment & Order Processing
  • We operate strictly on a 100% Advance Payment model. No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
  • Order processing and tailoring will only commence after the payment has been successfully verified in our account.
  • If an order is canceled by the customer after the tailoring process has begun, no refund will be issued, as fabric and labor costs are already incurred.

4. Limitation of Liability
Outfit By Lusha Dubai shall not be held liable for any indirect delivery delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or public holidays. Our maximum liability is limited to the repair of a proven manufacturing defect, at our sole discretion.

5. Fraud Prevention & Legal Action
Any attempt to commit fraud, including but not limited to filing false chargebacks with banks/payment gateways, returning worn/damaged items with false claims, or providing fake contact information, will result in an immediate permanent ban from our store. Outfit By Lusha Dubai reserves the right to pursue legal action under Pakistani Cyber and Consumer Protection laws to recover all losses.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
